Matthew’s background includes extensive work in commercial real estate, contract drafting, and corporate transactions. He has represented clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties, business formations, and asset transfers, as well as in disputes involving contracts, construction defects, and property rights. His clients value his responsiveness, sound judgment, and ability to translate complex legal issues into straightforward, actionable advice.

Matthew earned his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he was named to the Dean’s List and served on the Journal of Global Legal Studies.
